How to scan a document using your iPhone

Here’s how to scan documents and add your sign through iPhone and iPad. 

Step 1: Open the inbuilt Notes application on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Create a new note or select and open the note that you want.
Step 3: Tap the camera button, once it is open, then tap the Scan button.
Step 4: The document will automatically scan if your device is in auto mode. If it is not, you can manually capture a scan by pressing the shutter button or one of the volume buttons.
Step 5: Then drag the corners of the scan to fit it onto the page, then tap on ‘Keep Scan’.
Step 6: As per your requirement, tap on Save or add additional documents to the page.

How to add your signature on documents using iPad and iPhone

Step 1: Open the inbuilt Notes application on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Select the document that you want to add your signature to.
Step 3: Tap on the share button followed by the Markup button. If you want to manually sign your document, select a tool to sign the document with your finger. Alternatively, you can use an Apple Pencil with a compatible iPad.
Step 4: Tap on the add button and followed by the Signature button.
Step 5: You can select a saved signature or create a new signature.
Step 6: Adjust the size of the signature and then tap on Done.
